We want you to feel confident and vibrant in your Never Fully Dressed pieces, so if your order isn't quite right, you can return it within 28 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Select your preferred return shipping method and download your prepaid label or QR code for a contactless drop-off.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and securely seal the parcel before attaching your return label.

  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our team.
